So here’s the skinny, this is a pico de gallo-ish recipe because it doesn’t have all the “traditional”ingredients, only most of it. Mainly because it’s what I had in my fridge. Another reason is because of my “secret” ingredient!! (Which I shall divulge shortly).

Stuff Used

  • 2 Plum Tomatoes – chopped
  • 1/4 Red Onion – chopped
  • Cilantro handful – choppped
  • 2 jalapenos – (If you want crazy spicy go for habanero peppers, hot- add the seeds, mild – omit the seeds just add chopped jalapenos, and if no spicy then this is optional)
  • Mozzarella – (optional) chopped – I just need to use my mozzarella heh
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Mix all in a bowl and before you say, where’s the citrus *drum roll please* use….

YEESSSSS, tostitos hint of lime!!! These chips are amazing and go great with lime or non-limed pico de gallo!! Enjoy and stay curious!!!
